AePS txn refund but amount deducted
Sometimes, the status of an AePS cash withdrawal transaction might be "Refund" but the amount gets deducted from the customer's account. GPR card transactions failed but amount debited
Whenever you transact through your Prepaid card sometimes it is possible that the transaction gets failed but the amount gets deducted from the card balance.In such cases, we request you to wait for 7-8 working days and the amount should be automatically refunded within this timeline.
