Completing your InstantPay KYC
Dear Partner, To start using InstantPay, it's mandatory to submit your KYC first. You are requested to log in your InstantPay account and upload all mandatory KYC documents from Dashboard > Manage Account page. Before uploading the KYC, just make sure that all the documents are clearly visible and self-attested. KYC approval may take up to 24 working hours and status will be notified via SMS/Email.
Linking your Bank Account with InstantPay
Dear Partner, To withdraw funds from your InstantPay account, its mandatory to add your bank account details in InstantPay. Follow the below steps to link your Bank Account - Click on Manage Account on Dashboard Click on Link in Bank Account Enter the bank account details and click on Update Your Bank Account will be updated in real-time or an appropriate error message will show up.
Withdrawing Money to your Bank Account (Move to Bank)
You can withdraw money from your InstantPay account to your Bank Account in case of Micro ATM (AePS) Withdrawals. Sometimes there is a delay at the bank's end especially on Mondays or when the banks reopen after holidays. Such payments get queued up at bank and hence it takes some time for the amount to reach in your account. We therefore request you to kindly wait till the day end.
