Dear Partner,

In case you or one of your customer has lost the reloadable card,please do the following:

1) Block the card which is lost.You can do this by sending an SMS to 9266922525
SMS format : BLOCK<space><last 4 digits of card>

2) Order a new GPR card from InstantPay.

3) Once it reaches you, write an email to sharring the following details:

a) old card - last 4 digits and kit number/customer mobile number
b) confirmation of lost card being blocked.
b) New card - last 4 digits and kit number.

Once we receive an email from your registered email id, the old card will be replaced by new card within 24 hours (during weekdays).

4) You DO NOT need to go to "Card Activation" and upload the aadhar again.
