Dear Partner,

If you have made a payment to InstantPay and the same has not been updated, please follow the below steps:

1) Go to Dashboard -> Load Money
2) Select your Mode of Payment
3) Click on "Update" under "Deposit Details"
4) Click on "Submit" after entering the Amount, Reference ID & Screenshot or Deposit Slip

Post receiving the update request, InstantPay Team will verify the same and will update the same as soon as the payment is realised in our bank account.

You don't need to email/call separately for the payment update once you raise a request.
