Whenever you transact through your Prepaid card sometimes it is possible that the transaction gets failed but the amount gets deducted from the card balance.In such cases, we request you to wait for 7-8 working days and the amount should be automatically refunded within this timeline.

However, if you do not receive the refund, please write an email to us sharing the following:
1) last four digits of your card
2) amount of transaction
3) date of transaction
4) screenshot if available.

We take up the matter with the bank and work on your cases.Sometimes such transactions are settled within 2-3 days after escalation and on some cases we might to need to raise a chargeback if the transactions are successful at the bank's end.For the chargeback cases which are raised, the TAT is 45 working days.During this period, we need to wait for the bank's response and we update you as soon as we have a revert from them.
